Buying a Hosting Plan
Buying a hosting package is simple once you’ve chosen the type of package that you want. We offer annual plans with 4 different options. What is meant by unlimited diskspace and bandwidth?
Unlimited bandwidth and storage means that there is no defined set limit. The logic behind this is that every website will need a different amount of diskspace and bandwidth in order to perform well, so in order to create a plan that will be effective for most websites, it’s best to not determine the exact amount GB and allow the users to have as much as they need, within reason. If your website uses space and bandwidth that is not within reason, we will contact you and suggest a different option like VPS or a Dedicated Server. How are our hosting plans managed?
Spider Web Design is responsible for all of the physical maintenance, security, software updates, and any backups needed for the server. Back ups of websites created by the user is the responsibility of the user. The data center is monitored and maintained 24/7 by an administrative team. You can find out the specifics for your individual hosting plan through your cPanel.

You’re also responsible for managing your account through the control panel which separates the different features of the account into categories (mail, preferences, files, logs, domains, security, databases) and sub-categories. Our popular control panel for hosting accounts is cPanel which organizes main categories as such: mail, preferences, files, domains, security, databases, software.
